Log Files¶

The site is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log the IP address of visitors for security purposes, as described in the GitHub Privacy Statement. I don’t have access to these logs.

No analytics or advertising scripts load until you choose to allow them. On your first visit, a banner asks whether to enable Google Analytics and Google Ads. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. The site works the same whether you accept or decline.

The site stores two small values in your browser’s local storage: your consent choice and your light or dark theme preference. They never leave your browser.

Google AdSense shows ads on this website. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and turn off personalized ads in Google’s Ad Settings.

Embedded Videos¶

Some posts include YouTube videos. They load from youtube-nocookie.com, and only after you click play.

Disclosure Policy¶

This website shows ads through Google AdSense, which helps pay for running and maintaining it.
